We've hashed that one out in other threads. I just shot some scenics today for fun, so later tonight I'll play around with it and try to get acquainted with it.While we all have our preferences of video editors, for whatever reason almost 2 years ago I chose Davinci Resolve. I've seen a few of the Speed Editor ones, but the presenters right now tend to breeze through, so it's hard to zero in on what they're doing beyond the basic jog wheel functions. I don't know of any other program, perhaps other than Photoshop, that has the volume of tutorials available. The volumes of independent YouTube videos is what got me started with this program in the first place. With the really large Resolve manual it is often faster to search YouTube and get a video tutorial. It would be useful for ALL manuals to be downloadable individually from product the support pages.Īlso hardware manuals should be separate from the SW manuals. I agree that all hardware, panels, and keyboards should have separate downloadable PDFs user manuals, especially for new products. The free program got me up and running and I've now graduated to the Studio version. For those that don't know, I"m a big fan of Davinci Resolve and BMD, particulalry because they make it easy and affordable to get into serious video editing.
